1.Introduction:

1)This machine is designed to produce small size concrete or cement slabs.

3.Machine Maintenance:

1)To clean the residual concrete on the key parts, such as the bottom of the vibration, the bottom of the planishing panel, dabber, side moudling board, vibration four corners everyday.

2)To add lubricant. Note: no lubricant add to the rubber washer.

3)If the machine works for three monthes (working time), the speed reducer should be cleaned and lubricated. Also, it is also need to change the lubricant for the machine with less than three real work monthes every two year.

4)To check the engine oil volume regularly.

5)The oil of the speed reducer is 20# gear compound but not other oil.

6)To check all the fasteners every shift.

7)To change the parts of the forming machine in time. For example, the tooling sunks for 2-3mm.

8)The deviation of the vibration foot cap and the central of vibration upright is beyond 5mm, please change rubber on time.
