Features:

l The hydraulic continuously variable transmission device can make the machine walk automatically, which is faster and more effective.

l For traditional self–propelled vibrating marking machines, the liquefied petroleum gas tank is too taller than operator that their sight is blocked. Our new model overcame this disadvantage by rearranging thehydraulic system, mechanical system, which makes the machine structure more reasonable and user-friendly. The most important thing is that the total weight of the machine is 50KG lighter.

l More stable, through gravity adjustment, widened front wheel, the marking machine is more stable than traditional ones when marking 450mm zebra crossing.

l Easy to operate: marking hopper’s operating range minimized from 300mm to 200mm, more accurate and easier to control. Therefore such problems as slow hopper withdrawal and uneven finishing mark edge are solved. A multi-point sliding block pressing structure is used to avoid material leakage which often occurs to similar products due to the two tightly pressed sides and large deformation in the middle of product alike.

l Left Hand Road Marking Machine: Ordinary Road Marking Machine places its hopper on the right side of the moving direction, while Left Hand Road Marking Machine places its hopper on the left side. It is applied to High Way, closed roadway. And it also used for where Thermoplastic Kneader (pre-heater) melting the paints at front,several Road Marking Machine working towards to the same direction at high speed, and where side line marking is required, then an ordinary Right Hand Road Marking Machine and a Left Hand Road Marking Machine should be working at the same time. Left Hand Road Marking Machine also applicable to mountain road and slop road marking, working together with Right Hand Road Marking Machine, down to the slop, greatly reduce labor intensity.
