Magnetic bearing technology

Magnetic bearing and orientation sensor,Two radial bearings and one axial bearing compose the digital magentic bearing sytem ,the movenment parts are made of permanent magnet and electric magney will suspend on the magnet and move without friction ,The orientation sensor will confrim the precise prsition of the rotor at max,1400 thousand times per minutes.

Perm anent magnet motor and ladding bearing

The compressor motor is magnetic permanently ,which is supplied voltage by PWM. to realize variable speed running ,the landing bearing will go upward before the unit starts up .which will keep a certain distance automatically and ensure no friction.

The radial bearing is to bear the axis after the compressor is powered sown ,to avoid the touch between the axis and other metal surface.

Inverter drving

The ivnerter centrifugal compressor adopts the integrated driving module ,On the condition of condensing temperature decreasing or load reducing ,lower the compressor revolution ,then optiomum the compressor energy effciency with 10%-100% of rated load.

By the optional ,digital load balancing valve .compressor even can work normally at the load almost colse to 0.

Fricitonless system

The movenment parts of magnetic bearing system centrifugal compressor are composed of two radial magnetic bearings and one axial magnetic bearing ,So the digital magnetic bearing system will be suspended when compressor is running,The movent parts don't need oil,which avoid that oil film in the heat exchanger lays on the pipe to reduce the heat exchanging effciency ,Thus it will ensure the product has the continous excellent perfomance in its operation perod .

The oil content of old type chiller is 9% average, which will reduce the effciency up to 15%-20% ,Haier's magnetic bearing system inverter centrfifugal chiller can enhance effciency over 15% becuase of oil free lubrication system

Equipment principle

Twin stage compression

The high temperature and high pressure refrigerant will be discharged from the compressor and enter the condenser ,release the heat energy to the cooling water in pipe.then change into the med temperature and high pressure gas ,After passing by the throttle valve ,refrigerant turns into the low temperature and low pressure gas ,enter the evaporator ,Adsorbing the energy from the chilled water flowing by the pipe in evaporator ,then turn into gas with low temperature and low pressure ,Then the gas is compreessed in compressor with high temperature and high pressure ,and been exhausted.

System control principle/

The unit will count the air return overheat state due to the air reture temperature ,then send signal to the control module ,The control module will send deiective to the centrifugal compressor and the electrionic expansion valve ,So the centrifugal comprssor will adjust the revolution rate ,and the exectronice expansion valve will adjust the flowing volume ,The load control can be adjusted at radnom to save energy greatlty.
