Tunnel Freezing/cooling

The system, which is in shape of tunnel, is designed according to thedesiredfreezingcapacityon a flat surface.

The system, which we produced and is now operating, is of POM type conveyor group that has a net conveying space of 1 meter width and 6,5 meter height.

Cabin internal evaporation is-40 °C.

It has driver control, part load speed of which may be adjusted between 10 cm and 20 cm.

It was manufactured from materials and equipment entirely in conformity with food.

It has load carrying capacityup to 300 kg.

Freezing and cooling processes of any desired product may be performed by use of such types of single storey and multi-storey tunnel systems. The system will be designed according to the capacity and the product details that you want.
