Proprietary PLC logic ensures optimum drying time in each basket.

•Maximum oil removal, optimum shape-formation and strong sealing of softgels.

•Upto ten minutes of production can be accommodated in each basket.

•High CFM blower which use cool room air to remove oil from the surface of the softgels.

•Pneumatic conveyor (if required) ensures direct feed of softgels into first basket.

•Light-weight baskets that can be removed and installed by a single person while the tumbler drier is in operation.

•The Tumbler drier can also be operated in Manual mode, if required.

•All contact parts are SS 316 and food-grade material

•All motors, gears, blowers and bearing assemblies of international make & adhering to international norms.

•Mobile arrangement allows orientation of the Tumbler-drier taking into consideration room configuration
