Tube-Trough Acid Distributor

Tube-trough acid distributor is made of high silicon austenitic stainless steel HD-1, which is jointly researched and developed by New Hongda and National Institute of Metal Reseach, Chinese Academy of Science (IMR). The quality is as good as internation level, but the price is only one third of importing ones. The distributors have been sucessfully used in lots of sulfuric acid plant in China.

Features as following:

1. Acid distributing is not less than 42 points/m². It has a high distributing density and can distributes evenly, which increases moisture rate and mass transfer; (Points can be designed according to requirement.)

2. Overflow downcomers distribute evenly; gas flow is difficult to form short pass, reducing entrained mist;

3. Made of HD-1 alloy, high corrosion resistance without anodic protection, the service life can be above 10 years;

4. Since it is made of alloy, it will be easy for welding and assembling;
