Main components of welded pipe mill line
1.Product process flow:
uncoiling → shearing and butt-welding → accumulator→ feeding and leveling→ mill-forming high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling → sizing →straightening → fixed length cutting → run-out table
2. Main components
2.1 Uncoiler:
Structure type: Double-side 360ºrotary manual expanding tight, which insure steel coil feeding alternatively and make steel strip go into accumulator freely.
2.2 Shearing and butt-welding machine:(Users Prepare it for themselves or Purchase from market)
Shearing and butt-welding machine, which insure two-coiled steel strips shearing tidily and then welding together and leveling weld seam.
2.3 Accumulator:
The steel strips stored in it shall be enough to ensure main machine to run continuously while welding two coiled strips.
(1). Structure: Plate part with automatic feeding and delivery system.
(2). Adjusting method: Manual spiral adjusting.
(3). Accumulating volume: 150-300m.
2.4 Forming, welding and sizing unit:
2.4.1 Feeding device:
Vertical guide roll: one pair of vertical guide roll at the import.
Roller for leveling: 7 Rollers for leveling which behind the guide roll are passively leveled for leveling strip steel to make steel strips go into forming device.
2.4.2 Forming device:
Mainly roughly mill-forming steel strip and controlling weld seam.
