SGMQ truck mounted marking machine, The main parts are imported from Germany, assembled in China. The control system using complete computer SCM system (no touch point), LCD screen display, infrared control system, sensitive and credible, it can spray two yellow (white) lines at the same time.

The biggest spray speed: 15km/h (test line width 15cm, double nozzle, wet film width 0.3mm)

Hydraulic system: two types pressure pump, mounted according to the customers request, with oil cooler, avoiding the overheated of the hydraulic system, satisfy the requirement of the long time marking operation.

Pump system: There have 1:1; 2:1; 4:1 and other pumps for choice. You can

choose single pump and double pumps.

Paint system: Single pump and double pumps for optional, it can satisfy

different customer. There mounted low pressure filter and high pressure filter, it can effective prevent blocking nozzle because of the impurity. There have 2×200L paint tank; it can satisfy the demand of long distance operation.

Engine: Honda 1 cylinder petrol engine, rated power: 9.56kw/13hp; electron start-up, with oil alarm system. Separate power system will not influence the power of the truck.

Interrupt-line system: adopt German interrupt-line technology, we can set the interrupt-line distance before leaving factory or customers adjust by themselves according to the demand.

Control system: Complete computer SCM system (no touch point), LCD screen display, infrared or wireless control system, the operator can carry out the marking operation by key-press, simple and easy. (Standard equipped by an infrared control system and wireless control system).

Marking unit: left side has double spray guns; right side has single gun. Original German spray gun, imported American TITAN nozzle, stainless material, high quality, endures the rot of the paint. The spray line flatness and satiation.
