The equipment is cyclic heat treatment equipment with hot air circulation system. It works alongside with the control system and functions as the specialty tempering equipment for aluminum alloy, valves, casting pieces and other metal pieces. It can automatically control the temperature of the equipment and the motion of the charging bogie.

This equipment is of the bogie structure, and carries the to-be processed pieces on the feed bracket of the trolley. The trolley is then driven into the furnace for heat treatment. The furnace body and the trolley is sealed through sand preventing heat from leakage.

The electrical heating tube at the two sides of the hearth radiates heat, which is blown onto the workpieces by fan at the top of the furnace and the airway inside the furnace, and then returned by the fan aspiration channel. This hot air circulation system assures the evenness of the furnace temperature. When the tempering treatment is finished, the worker opens the furnace door, and the trolley drives out of the furnace. The worker takes off the ready workpieces.

It is comprised of furnace body, furnace door, lining, heating components, hot air circulation system, trolley, and electrical control system.
