♦ Filter Characteristics:

1. Quartz sand filter

- Body material is SUS 304.

- Inside filter element is quartz sand and grid rod.

- Fist step filtering.

- Widely applied in petroleum, medicine, brew manufacturing, and beverage industry.

2. Active carbon filter

- Body material is SUS 304.

- Inside filter element is devided into two parts: a certain amount of quarta sand in the bottom of the tank, and active carbon.

- Active carbon can remove the alien colour, and foreign smell substance from water like lead, cadium, zink, iron, manganese and chromium.

- It's suitabe for drinking water treatment, and widely used in daily drinking water, medicine, food and chemical industry.

3. Soodium ion-exchanging device

- This device is mainly used to reduce the hardness of raw water, and water goes through the device from the top to the bottom.

- Due to its high dissolcing ability in water, sodium ions will not form lard sedimet in the boiler and can be easily removed.

- Water shall be filtered and settled with almost on suspended before coming into the Lonechaging device.

- The hardness of softened water shall be less than 0.03mg equvvalent/L.
