Tricolor Drinking Straw Extrusion Machine

1. Introduction

An ideal extrusion machine for making straight drinking straws.

This high speed model is our new design. It adopts the screw diameter 50mm, and L: D is 28: 1. It's much easier to plasticize and increase output.

As customer requires, we can make it do straws of 1 color or multiple colors. The colorful straws can be straight stripy or spiral stripy. It can also cut straws with sharp-ends or not. The drinking straws are very popular in drinks business of milk tea, cola, juice, etc.

2. Characteristics

• Colours: single colour, two colours, three colours, four colours and five colours
• Stripes: spiral stripes, straight stripes.
• Cut end: 90° /90° , 90° /45° , 90° /60° , 45° /45° , 60° /60°
• All the direct contact parts made from stainless steel.
• The cutting unit adopted the big plate cutter and with automatic gathering system.
• The breaker, AC contactor and knob switch brand is SCHNEIDER
• The inverter is DELTA
