Introduction about charcoal briquette machine

Biomass charcoal briquette machine is hot sale in Europe, Russia, US, Malaysia, Moldova, etc. And this machine is used to produce briquettes which comes form biomass material such as sawdust, branches, rice hull, bamboo sheel, coconut sheel, ,coffee sheel, and agricultural crop, after crushing, drying, briquetting, the raw briquettes is put into the furnace , then, we can get the final charcoal briquettes.

Working principle

The electric motor drive the screw propeller rotate rapidly, at the same time , the raw material follow the screw propeller forward , and at the place where the head of the screw propeller contact the forming mould , the pressure is very large, the raw material is put forward the forming mould , the heating circle increase the whole mould’s temperature , in the condition of high temperature, high pressure, the raw briquette comes out from the export.Then, putting the briquettes into the charcoal furnace, after some time , we can get the charcoal briquette.

Processing features:

1.in the process of producing, no need to use any binder

2.Moisture content : 8-12%

3.Size :3-5mm

4.The furnace release the high temperature , finally, it can turn the raw briquettes into charcoal briquettes without smoke , toxic, taste . The density is 1300-1500kg/m, the burning value is good .
