EH96 Series Gas Heater

1. Brief Introduction

EH96 Series gas heater is designed and manufactured on the base of production experience of resistance wire oven, by analyzing domestic gas heater used in converting process and absorbing foreign technology. The gas heater has been awarded a national patent. (Patent No. ZL96 2 31961.9)

The equipment is of rational design, operation reliability, durability, no gas leakage and easy maintenance.

2.Feature:

• Long service life. New-style winding of resistance wire makes more than 95% heating elements exposed in flow, and high heating transfer coefficient; low surface load design marks wire difficult to break.
• Easy replacement of heating elements; fast-open door structure.
• Lighter weight; only 1/3 of check oven of the same power, light inner insulator with anticorrosion stainless liner.
• Temperature equal spaced; gas can be heated uniformly even after a group heating element stops.
• Energy saving, fast temperature rising, and high efficiency.
• Low pressure loss, as low as pipeline.

• Rated Power: 120-2200kw (18 specifications)
• Normal Temp. at inlet: ambient temperature to 400°C (air ,dry SO2 gas)
• Temp. at outlet: ≤550°C
• Temp. Control: changing the number of the energized electrical groups.
• Application gases: air, dry SO2 gas, fuel flue gas.
