Why do we choose oil purifier?

After a period of operation, owing to its exposal to oxygen and mixed with water, copper and iron and other foreign materials and high working temperature acceleration , transformer oil will oxidize and lose its original property and cannot be used effectively again. So Wanmei oil purifiers can efficiently remove water, dirt, gases and other foreign impurities from oil, such as de-electrical oil, turbine oil, lubricating oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, compression oil, mechanical oil, quenching oil, heat conducting oil, gear oil etc; so as to maintain its lubricating and insulating property, then to reduce components wear, and cut down oil expenses.

Part I. Direct costs saving
1. Costs analysis( all data is based on Chinese price of hydraulic oil, you can change those numbers according to your fact)
1) A company changes all 10 tons in half a year.
Then one year replaced oil 2* 10=20tons.
2) Hydraulic is considered (average) 810USD/ton, oil costs per year
20*810= 16200 USD
3) Selling waste oil(average 130USD/ton)
If no purification, then direct oil costs is
16200-130*20=13600USD

2. Oil purifier costs (per year):

Flow rate of DYJ-30 is 1800L/H, total power is 39KW

3. Consumable materials cost
Magnetic filter cartridge: cleanable, no need to change
Precise filter cartridge: A new one per time and one piece is 100USD.

The purified oil can be used for 3 to 5 years and we say it can be used for 4years average.

4. Human cost. It’s about 17USD per day and two days per year for the whole purification.

13600*10-13000-(112.32+17*2)*10-13600*(10/4)=87536.8USD
Then 87536.8/136000=64.4%

General Description:

It can be used for onsite operation in over110KV transformers, especially even in high-latitude areas. ZLA series also can be used as vacuum and drying equipment for a variety of electric facilities. And it is widely used for oil filling for transformers and circuit breakers under vacuum condition. It can be used on-line and onsite without interference of power supply and without supervision.

Advanced separation technique adopted in our machine:

* Magnetic separation technique to remove metallic particulates from oil

* Coalescence separation technique to remove free water from the oil

* Vacuum distillation technique to break emulsion and remove water and light hydro carbon material

* Aerification separation technique to remove air and gases from oil

* Pressure filtration technique to remove solid particulates from oil

* Liquid film fine filtration technique to remove micro impurities from oil

* Absorbing technique to remove acid, alkali and colloidal materials

Principle & Diagram

The oil flows first through magnetic filter, heater, electromagnetic valve into the vacuum flash distillation columns for dehydration and degassing treatment, and efficiently remove free and dissolved water, dirt, air, gases and other contaminants from oil. The oil level is auto-controlled by float valve and infrared photoelectric controller in the columns. Then clean oil is led out by oil pump through 2nd filter and fine filter to the outlet. Air and gases are led out by vacuum pump and roots pump, cooled down by air cooling system, water and steam are led out from water drainage, and air to the atmosphere.

Maintenance

A. check and adjust after oil purifier works for a period of time
1. all the electric control apparatus
2. temperature controller
3. oil seals and motor couplings
4. clean filter elements, check pumps and motors
5. all the pipes for leaking
B. Clean the motor and change the lubricating grease
C. Check and add specified lubricating oil to vacuum pump,
D. If oil purifier is not in use for one month or more, put it on a dry, flat ground, close all valves and electric cabinet, cove the whole machine with canvas.
