problem analysis:

In recent years ,to deal problems , under the inspiration of the Germany headman technology entrepreneur and expert in this field learn and absorb the technology to increase one over-turning platform from China‘turning’cutting machine between overturning gang-up crane and autoclave . Finished side body is conveyed to turn-over platform by gang-up crane , turn 90 degrees to horizontal , with people’s power and machine eliminating two long sided surface in the turnover platform . Then turnover another 90 degrees to be sided ,then conveyed by vehicle into autoclave to maintain . It is really resolve the eliminating problem of the upper and lower sided surface, but we need increase one turnover platform and some space.

Only change hanger frame for being used turnover process technique and equipment’s gang-up crane to hunger frame with turnover part .It need not to change crane’s girders. The technique is simple and practical . It can save 1/3 time than old equipment , changing term is short , low cost ,solve a significant problem that turnover process can not eliminate two sided surface . It also saved the follow increased equipment of ground turnover platform , simplified the process , saved investment.

titling crane’s using notice and daily maintenance

1.If transmission structure appears clamping stagnation , it belongs to bad lubrication , you should fill lubrication oil(or lubrication grease ) in the transmission structure’s joint . If it belongs to guide pin tighten , you should loosen the nuts . if it belongs to joint loosen,transmission tube or other stuff out of shape , you should correct these.

2. You should protect the notice coating material from dropping from the notice board in the turnover crane, you should coated the notice with coating material as soon as discovered

3.For steel wire ,you should clear in time and coated with lubrication oil or lubrication grease ,especially in the bend.

4.For the main power accepting part,rings,spin lock,board and lock opening,you should check these parts every three months in the normal using conditions, no cracks and severely strained.

5.All oil cup including ratchet part,slipped bearing site and the spin lock box part should filled with lubrication oil in the main active joint according to using condition.

6. Turnover crane can not exceed the rated lifting weight.

7. In the turnover crane working, crane should be steady lifted , to avoid cracking between crane and other equipment
