Specification:

This machine includes machine base, whirling arm, lifting oil cylinder, mode locking oil cylinder, center unit, vulcanizing chamber and down hot plate. The structure of the machine is simple. Adopting the new technology that the locking oil cylinder push the locking ring to lock and open the mould replaces the old technology that the frame and upright post to supply the lock mould force. And it locks the slide stop arm which correspond with the segmented mould in the inwall of locking ring, and it’s exactly and reliable. The machine installs center unit, adopting the capsule forming vulcanization which improves the vulcanizing quality.
