1. Introduction of equipment

Wet cake is added into fluidized bed dryer (FBD) by conveyor, and fluidized by the hot air blowing through perforated plate. FBD can be divided into single layer type, multi-layer type, vertical type, horizontal multi-chamber type, vibration type, pulse type and inert particle type by structure etc.

FBD can be designed according to material characters and drying process requirement. At present, we have special designed FBD for polypropylene (PP) and also crank vibrating FBD.

4. Application

Fluidized bed dryer is widely used in drying of the powder, granulate, flake, crystal material etc.

Optimized FBD can also be used for slurry and paste;

Vibration FBD can be used for cooling and grading.
