Three-station Busbar Processing Machine /CNC Busbar Multi-functional Processing Machine can do busbar punching, shearing,embossing,connectional terminal clamping and bending precisely and efficiently. Main features as follows:
1.The shearing unit and the punching unit adopt circular overall structure. Its design is new and unique,proper stress, which guarantee long time usage without deformation.
2.The bent unit adopt overall structure, angular CNC method,operation is simple and high accuracy.
3.The machine adopts dual layer platform design scheme, three units can be operated at the same time without disturbing each other.
4.The machine s equiped with auto refueling and draining system, the operation is simple and convenient, the hydraulic oil enters the oil tank through the filler, which can protect the whole hydraulic system from any contamination.
5.The machine adopts stainless steel oil tank, which can guarantee no corrosive degeneration of the hydraulic oil and extend the usage life span of hydraulic oil and each sealing parts.
