Three-station aluminium cutting machine is used for working copper and aluminum busbar. As a specialized busbar machine combined with four functions of punching, cutting, bending and stamping.The equipment has two layers of workbench,all units can be operated at the same time without disturbing each other. The equipment has tab ruler to locate workpiece conveniently and accurately. It is an indispensable ideal equipment for enterprises in electrical/electric industry.

Characteristics

1.Equipped NC control of bending angle makes the bending work easy and accurate. Through changing die ,it can bend level bending and vertical bending.

2. The punching unit change die conveniently , operation is easy.Punching and shearing oil cylinder is 160 mm. Pressure is 50 tons.

3. The shearing adopts punching shear. Verticality of transverse plane can be ensured.

4. PLC control , The hydraulic oil-filling and releasing is done automatically .
