Thickness sheet forming machine

This machine can be used for thick plastic forming/molding.The maximum forming area is

2000*3000mm.It can greatly reduce the cost of mould and shorten the production cycle.

Scope of application

1.ABS material molding of automotive parts,such as the baffle,the panel,the bumper,etc.

2.The plastic molding of Acrylic,fonts of adverting light boxes,and so on.

3.PS thick sheet vacuum forming packaging:the box of power tools,the box of parts,etc.

4.The maximum forming length of 1800mm,the maximum width of 1000mm,the mold frame

for the demolition,the maximum forming height of 300mm,the thickest sheet is 6mm.the

cylinder is 200mm*500mm.the maximum stroke of the mold plate is 4800mm.the machine is

equipped with shock stripping and multiple stripping function.

Main function

1. upper and lower hot stove can be lateral movement.

2. the tablet box of lift-structure can be stopped in any position,together with the pressurized.

3. In addition,Upper and lower sheets are manual.Others can be automatical and manual.

4. A variety of sheet thickness of 1~6mm acrylic,PS,ABS and other plastic sheet.
