OPERATION PROCESS

1. PREPARATION

Put down the arrow (24), push the machine to the position ready to paint, loosen the arrow location screw (20), align the arrow to the sample line, screw down the location screw (20) for location, regulate the higher/lower screw to adjust the position screw(22) on the right height of the arrow to ground.

Put the gas bottle onto the position for it, connect the gas pressure reduce equipment (6) with gas bottle, ignite the fire tube, aim the fire-jet at back side fire-jet(14), turn on the fire-jet valve (9) on the left side of thermoplastic machine, light the fire-jet head of road marking paint box, after ignition, aim the fire tube at the bottom of the road marking paint box bottom(16), turn on the fire-jet head valve (10) on the left side of road marking machine, light the fire-jet heads on the bottom of road marking box., put the fire tube into the road paint barrel from road paint door (12), turn on the fire-jet head valve (8) on the left of road marking machine, light the road paint barrel fire-jet heads, open the cover (18), put the thermoplastic paint from heating kettle into the paint barrel(19), open the glass beads box (4), fully filled with glass beads, turn on glass beads valve (7), the glass beads will flow to glass beads sewer (13).

1. CONSTRUCTION

Aim the arrow (24) of road marking machine at the sample line, use your foot to adjust the location by back wheel location pole (11), put down the road marking box (15) and press down the road paint open/shut handle(3), make the road paint flow out from road paint door by road paint outlet down to road marking box (15). Press down the road marking liner handle (5) when 75% of the road marking box are filled with thermoplastic paint. Turn on the glass beads open/shut handle (1), push the road marking machine, to marking the road paint.

1. CONSTRUCTION FINISHING

Use out all the thermoplastic paint in the barrel, turn off all the fire-jet valve

Clean the thermoplastic paint in the road marking box
