Advantages:

This unit is mainly used to produce single side labyrinth plastic dropper. The set uses PE as main material. It put the granular PE into extruder through heating hopper. The material is plastified. The material is set to the mould with specified amount and the specified pressure. Then the material was made to tube billet. Then it goes into cooling system through the forming wheel. The knife splits it into two products.

The extruder is equipped with a new kind screw. This machine can produce kinds of products with several kinds of material’s extrusion. The pressure and temperature of the melt is digital displayed. This unit also has cylinder-shaped filtering screen and blowing mould with multi spiral runner. This unit adopts vacuum-forming technology of technology,composite pressure soldering forming technology,labyrinth runner of single side,closed-loop control system composed of laser measurement and proportional control system. This unit can assure the accuracy of the pipe’s size. The electrical motor use Frequency Control and it is energy-efficient and accurate. Recoiling machine uses torque motor. It is equipped with compound pendulum rod and it can alarm automatically.
