2.safety in the machine

a. The waste gas produced during the process is alkyl from C1 to C4, which is dangerous whenburning

directly. In our process, it is firstly transferred through waste gas recycle system and a safe device

spray gun. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

b. Pressure gauge, alarming device and safety valve.

c. Special cooling system. Our cooling system is cooling pool with cooling pipes. The cooling pipes are circular, so

the cooling length is about 60 meters. If it is condenser which needs electricity, out of electricity suddenly, there are

a lot of oil gas in the condenser, it will be dangerous. Most important is that if it is out of electricity, our cooling system

can also work.

4.New design (how to discharge the carbon black)

Our carbon black pellet machine use the carbon black from the waste tyre pyrolyis plant as the raw material to make pellet.

The finished pellet can replace the coal or oil used for coal boiler, Refining equipment, Incinerator,Airheater,Industry furnace,The room heating......

Our machine is easy to operate,only1-2 person is enough,

The calorific value of carbon black pellet can up to 5500-6000kcal,

5.the main charater :

1. we using auto welding machine to make the reactor,which can quarrantee the quality of welding seam,avoid cracking and has a long life for about 8 years.

2. vacuum system to prevent oil gas be back to reactor causing accident.

3. with professional thermometer , professiona pressure gauge and safety valve.

1.dedusting system to prevent gas and dust from coal burning

The warranty and after-service:

1)We will supply the foundation drawings to buyer after get deposit.

2)The delivery time is 10-20days after get deposit.

3)We will send engineers to install the machine when the machine reach buyer's factory. The engineer will installation,guide the machine, then training the workers for buyer. Then will supply the catalyst formula to buyers, the buyer can buy it at your local.

4)We warranty the complete machine one year, we will maintenance all it life.When the machine can not running normal, the buyer can call us, we will help buyer repair it by call, if can not solve, we will send engineer to buyer's factory at the shortest time.if need change parts,the buyer can buy it from our factory.
