The new mobile cassava drying machineis widely used for drying high humidity materials likecassava,marigold,alfalfa,corn,distillers' grains ,barley malt,melon seeds,straw,pomace,wood chips,Chinese medicinal herband so on. Its thermal efficiency is about 85% which is higher than other type equipment. The equipment adopts full automatic control system .it can be operated continuously and has high thermal efficiency. The new vacuum drying process avoid to deteriorate the easily oxide material. Coefficient of thermal capacity is up to 250-540kJ/m2 h. ° C that save 10% -15 % energy-efficient than conventional drying system.

The working principle of this dryer machine: Belt and belt pulley are driven by main motor , and through speed reducer to convey the main drive shaft , then , gear wheel installed on main drive shaft connect with fixed bull gear , relative to work .

Material gets into central tube from feed hopper, which through central tube diversion to the internal of honeycomb tube. Material in the drying cycle, cellular barrel to extend the drying time, so that the material to be dried. Hot stove will produce hot air into cylinder internal triangle area by the fan into the gas distribution chamber, adjust the temperature, uniform internal heating.

Cellular interior of the cylinder installed special flitches continuously advancing material flips diversion, so as to achieve uniform drying purposes, the material run out from spout after drying. With the rotating of the cylinder continuously, material enters into drum and be dried.
