Build green with a rigid, solid and strong material that’s easily worked by hand. An AAC Building can be clad with either standard or sassy finishes inside and out.

The basic material is the main material formed AAC and they will have a series of physical chemistry change and interaction to produces new minerals which take Calcium silicate hydrate as the essential component, thus aeroconcrete enables certain intensity.

Basic materials may be divided into two general types:One type is silicious material. Its main ingredient is SiO2, for example sand and fly ash and so on; the other is Calcareous material which main ingredient is calcium oxide,for example quicklime, cement, granulated blast furnace slag and so on. The above material constitutes three big series of aerated concrete: cement- lime –sand; cement –lime-fly ash; cement-slag-sand series.

In addition, mine tailings, the gangue, the abandoned powder of stone material which the included the silicon and waste slurry in the production of cement pipe and so on also can be used.

Before producing, the lime, cement and fly ash must be tested. The test of slurry viscosity.The finished block test: it also needs to meet national standard.

PROCESS FLOW CHART WITH TIME TAKEN AT EACH AND EVERY PROCESS ?

1.the raw material mixer and casting stage:5-6mins

2.delay curing stage:100-120mins (the time is according to the rate of hardening of material body)

The temperature of delay curing :25°C

The strength after delay curing: 0.3-0.5MPa.

3.the cutting stage:5mins and 20 seconds

4.The steam curing stage:8 hours in theory.

Vacuumize: 0~-0.06MPa 0.5h -50mins

Lifting pressure:-0.06 MPa ~1.3MPa (not full load) 1.5h

constant voltage:1.3Mpa(Temperature 183°C±)5h

1. Production Line Design.
Including : drawing of plant working process, drawings of land construction, drawings of power working, drawings of driving force for working, drawings of anti-dust, drawings of water supply and drainage, and drawing of air pipeline construction.
2. Technical Guidance of Building Factory
Including: consultation of facility, Equipment installation guide, constitution the production preparation, etc.
3. Providing the technical information of setting up factory
Including: part of the factory management system, all posts accountability of production line, process rules, safety rules, setting a quota of staff and posts, pre-production tools directory, laboratory instruments, product catalogs, and test methods

4.The guarantee terms:

The maintenance period of main machine is one year, expect quick-wear part. We will be in charge of the repair upon malfunction (non-artificial and non-natural factor) of main machine in the maintenance period. We will faithfully abide by the rules in the contract and other after-sales services concerning the goods. After the period, Spare parts can be replaced on favorably.

5.Parts or service:

Content of service: maintenance, repair, continuous training, and supply of spare parts. We have got all the parts in storehouse and workshop and guarantee the customer can get the changed parts at first time. The delivery time is 3-10 days (actual transportation time).we also will send some spares at first.

We have facilities stationed with professional technical personnel .Concerning the malfunction of the equipments (non-artificial factors), upon receipt of the notice, we will provide on-site service within 5 working days. After the repair, we will submit a report in duplicate concerning of the cause, remediation measure, schedule etc.
