1. Background of Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Machinery
Waste is one of the major challenges modern world is facing today. Every year billions tones of waste are generated and these amounts are rising steadily. In spite of the reasonably successful 3R strategy (Reduce-Recover-Recycle) to reduce landfill volumes, there are still significant quantities of waste to be disposed. Thus there are huge market for waste tyre/plastic/rubber pyrolysis machinery.
2. Overview of pyrolysis plant
Waste tire/plastic pyrolysis machine is applied to extract fuel oil from kinds of scrap rubber, tyre, plastic thorough pyrolysis , separating the crude carbon black and steel wires.
The two keys of pyrolysis plant are reactor and cooling system.
Reactor directly decides the machine's safety and service life. It is made by welded steel plate. So the quality of welding will have a direct impact on safety and service life. Therefore, we use automatic welding machine and heating treatment which will not only guarantee the quality of welding but also greatly improve working efficiency. For cooling systems, there are two steps. Cooling pipe is the first step. The second is condenser. We have three condensers.

Disposal of Waste in the Production Process:
Waste gas;
Combustible gas will be recycled and used as fuel for heating plant, this we can save energy and prevent air pollution.
Liquid waste:
In processing the oil, there are some weak acidic waste water are produced, then weak lye will neutralize it. Through three level of filter,water will be harmless and then go into evaporators, thus there is no liquid waste.
Solid waste:
Remaining of residue is carbon black which can be used after deep-processing. Thus there is no solid waste.
