As the protein content in the DDGS is more than 26%, it has been a new type protein feed raw material widely used by the feed manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad. In the compound feed of livestock and aquatic product, DDGS is often used to replace bean pulp and fish meal. The addictive percentage is more than 30%, and it can be animal feed directly.

The vinasse dryer is mainly made of heat resource, feeder and discharging machine, dryer, induced draft fan, dust removal and power distribution cabinet. There are numbers of shoving plate in spiral form in the cylinder, the dehydration wet vinasse sent to the dryer are raised continuously by the shoving plate due to the rotary of the cylinder. The struck device in the cylinder wall can prevent the material from bonding to the cylinder wall and the shoving plate. The raised material contact completely with the hot air sent by the induced draft fan, thus increase the speed of heat and quality transfer and water evaporation. After the accomplish of drying, the vinasse are discharged at the discharging port. The vinasse dryer can dry the wet vinasse with 78%water content to dried products with water content of 7%. Then the dried products can be used in producing feed with high protein to realize the mechanization, industrialization and automation of vinasse drying process.

1,working principle

The vinasse are raised and scattered repeatedly by the shoving plate on the rotary drum wall after being sent to the dryer by the screw feeder. After being crushed by the crushing plant, the vinasse contact with the high temperature medium in negative pressure to complete the process of heat and mass transfer. Because of the roller Angle and the role of the induced draft fan, the vinasse edge away from the feeder side and discharged at the discharging port.

The vinasse uses the downstream drying process. The heating equipment makes the material exchange heat with the hot smoke as soon as the material entering the dryer. Then a layer of hard shell form on the material which greatly reduce sticky and blocking phenomenon. At the quarter section of the head of the dryer, in addition to the lifter blade, there are depolymerization institutions and link typealar plate to strength the evaporation. They can transfer heat and prevent the material from bonding to the cylinder wall and lifter blade. Making the best use of the characteristic of fast drying rate of the feeding side to dry the material quickly.

The cylinder is divided into six sections along the axis, the first section is material guide plate with high temperature. The second section have sloping lifter blade and depolymerization system. The third section has alar plate. The fourth section has the circular arc type lifter blade with cleaning device. The fifth section has the circular arc grate-type lifter blade with cleaning device. The sixth section is the non lifter blade section to control the dust flying.

The wet materials enter the material guide plate in the dryer trough the feeder (the first section). With the rolling of the cylinder, the materials are sent to the sloping lifter blade (second section). The materials are scattered off in curtain form from the central position of the cylinder, the depolymerization institutions can disperse the agglomerate material and high temperature air can get through it to make the material preheat and evaporate some water content.

Depolymerization institutions is high-speed scattered rotating shaft, there is rake tooth for scattering along the axis. In the whereabouts process of the sticky material from the first and second sections, the sticky material is crushed into small pieces and particle materials by the high speed rake teeth. At the contact with the hot wind, the materials are dried quickly and the granularity becomes small.

When the material are scattered and move to the link type alar plate, the materials are mixed up with the grate-type alar plate to transfer the heat to the material to evaporate some water content. At the same time, the material in the entrainment of the alar plate are lifted and scattered for many times, so the material make heat transfer with the hot air.

When the material enters the fourth section, the chain send the heat received from upside space to the material. With the rolling of the drum, the material are raised and scattered off to make complete heat transfer with the hot air. At the same time, the cleaning device in the material glide down along with the circular arc type lifter blade to clean the material bonded in the lifter blade wall. After the cleaning device pass through the vertical line along with the cleaning device, it drags at the back of the circular arc type lifter blade to clean the material boned on the cylinder wall. With the continuous rotary of the cylinder, some parts of water content are evaporated and the materials are dried. What's more, the cleaning device crushes the agglomerate material to increase the drying speed.

When the material enters the fifth section, the agglomerate material continues to be crushed by the cleaning device. And when the material enters the sixth section, the material becomes the loose material with low water content.

In order to reduce the raise dust and the load of the dust removal, there is no lifter blade 1 meter away from the end of the cylinder. The dried materials slide to the discharging bin to finish the whole process of drying.
