♦ The details of Non magnetic Stabilizer as follows,

1. Material: Non magnetic steel

2. Types: Drill String type and Near bit type.

3. Mechanical properties:

a). Tensile Strength: ≥120KSI

b). Yield Strength: ≥100KSI

c). Hardness: ≥285HB

4. Magnetic permeability(MPS=1×105/4∏A/m)

a). Average: Ur<1.010

b). Magnetic Field Gradient: ΔB≤0.05μT

5. Standard: API Spec 7-1 or SY/T5051-91Standard.

6. Inspection&Test: When producing, traceability are maintained from the receipt of raw material to completion of final products, and serial numbers are die-stamped on each workpiece body. During each manufacturing process, inspection and test are performed.
