Working principle

including thermogenesis furnace, feed inlet, rotating cylinder, filter canister, conveying pipe, cooling tube and discharging hole, rotating cylinder is located in active roller, active roller drives the rotating cylinder driving slow down by motor and underdrive, there are feeding mouth between thermogenesis furnace and rotating cylinder, there are stirfry leaf in the rotate cylinder, and there are dam-board in the connected place between the rotary cylinder and the filter cartridges, on the dam-board opened a small hole, one end of filter cartridges is linked together with rotating cylinder, the other end are linked together with conveying pipe, the filter cartridges equipped with block piece, the bottom of the filter cartridges equipped with slag discharge hole, one end of cooling tube is linked together with conveying pipe via blower, the other end is linked together with the discharging hole.

Due to the above structure, so materials can be fully dried in rotating cylinder, and before into the material conveying pipe materials spread out sufficiently again, make moisture evaporate fast, block piece can block the impurities of materials, guarantee the sawdusts quality which into the material conveying tube. Sawdust into the dryer, in the combined action of spray blowpipe and rotary cylinder, material in the cylinder is hot boiling and fluidized, the hot gas with the material thoroughly touch and complete drying.
