Nonwoven geotextiles provide an effective solution to the problem of constructing stale granular layers over soft foundation soils. When a granular layer is constructed directly on a soft subgrade, the imposed loadings such as traffic may cause intermixing of the granular material with the soft subgrade. This results in a loss of bearing strength of the granular layer and premature failure of the structure. While JIANYI’s nonwoven geotextiles can greatly help engineers to deal with this problem.
