The vibro discharger is used for dicharging of the products (flour, wheat bran etc.) into the silos with free flow in a suitable way.

The outlet mouth connected to the body with the arms is driven with the vibration motor and so the regular product flow is realized.

Rotoflow is mounted under the silo including the materials, whose free flow can not be provided, such as bran, concrete, steel, plastic, in order to empty the silo.

Thanks to this function, this machine called as vibrate- Silo Emptier, has been successfully used for silo emptying papooses in flour and semolina factories, silo and storage plants.

The top part of the machine is connected to the silo, while funnel shaped bottom part is swinging by the vibration provided from vibrate motor, it makes possible to flow of the dusty material existing in the silo evenly and continuously. Both parts of silo emptier are connected to each other by means of vibration strengthened arms and flexible rubber diaphragm.

A silo emptier is manufactured from vibration strengthened carbon steel.

- Internal part of it was painted by epoxy paint making easy the product flow.

- Product outlet is kept under control by connecting tube screwed spiral at the outlet of the product.

- At the outlet of filter, it prevents from the squeezing which occurs during the flow of dusty materials.

- It can easily be mounted to the silos made of reinforced concrete and steel construction.

- It does not result in noisy pollution.

- Even if silo is full, it is possible to reach the mechanical parts from the outside and to perform maintenance.

- It provides to be mixed regularly the flour existing in different silos and in different features.
