Interlayer heating & stainless steel temperature-controlled drum is an advanced equipment to produce top grade leather in tanning industry. It is suitable for wet operation of preparation, tanning, neutralization and dyeing of various leathers such as pigskin, oxhide and sheepskin.

MAIN TECHINICAL PARAMETERS

1,The structure of this equipment is a suspension structure with all-in-one frame featuring compact and good-loaking design.The drum body is made of superior stainless steel with the advantages of long service life. The residual liquid in the drum can be cleaned off easily and completely so that dyeing defects and color difference can be eliminated.It is specially suitable for dyeing process.

2, The advanced interlayer heating & circulating system is used .The medium inside the drum is totally separated with the heating medium in the interlayer so that the drum body can be heated up and maintained at a required temperature when it is at the stationary condition.

3, The equipment has the functions of controlling the total operation time ,forward & backward rotation time as well as single-wayrotation time. The time for each rotation as well as the duration between the forward and the backward can be controlled respectively. Thus, achieving continuous or intermittent running operation of the drum.

4, The equipment can be heated electrically The temperature is controlled with an intelligentized temperature controller toachieve automatic heating and maintain the constant temperature accurately.

5,Speed of the drum is regulated by means frequency convertor through chain It has advantages of stable drive,more power transmission and long service life.

6,There is a viewing window.made of transparent toughened glass.on one side of the drum so that operator can observe the processing conditions at any time.
