We wish to introduce ourselves as a Heavy Engineering unit located in India, engaged in manufacture of Process Plant Equipments like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors etc... for various industries in Refining, Chemical, Petrochemical, Food, Dairy, Brewery, Oil & Gas, Power, Nuclear, Pharmaceutical, Sugar and Cement Sectors.

We are engaged in equipment manufacturing for major EPC companies for more than 30 years.

A brief introduction of our organization is as follows:

1) Location:- Kolhapur (Maharashtra)

2) Experience:- We are into manufacture of Heavy Equipments like Pressure Vessels / Columns / Reactors / Heat Exchangers etc... for more than 30 years.

3) Customers:- For more than 25 years we have been associated with and have continuously delivered equipments to MNC's like Alfa Laval / GEA Process Engineering / Thermax Industries / WIL / Indian Oil (Cryogenic Division) and many others.

4) Approvals:- We are approved byPESO (Earlier CCOE)for manufacture of Cryogenic Equipments & Vessels. We are approved underIBR (IndianBoiler Regulations)for manufacture of Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchangers. We have manufactured equipments forBARC, NPCIL, ISRO. We are NSIC registered Vendor. We have a "ISO Class 5" certified "Clean Fabrication Facility (Dust Free Zone)."

5) Third Party Insp. Agencies:- We have executed Projects under inspection of almost all reputed third party inspection agencies like Lloyds / EIL / PDIL / TUV / BV / BARC and others.

6) Shop Capacities:- We have executed Jobs weighing more than 140MT with Diameters exceeding 5000mm, in single piece. We have manufactured equipments in SS / CS / Titanium / Cu. We have manufactured Evaporator body (For TATA Chemicals) with diameter exceeding 5000mm. We have manufactured Liq.Helium Heat Exchangers for ISRO. We are manufacturing Liq. Helium Cryo. Vessel for BARC in "Clean Fabrication Facility."

7) QC / Codes - Stds.:- We are well conversant with Codes like ASME / IBR / TEMA etc... We have WPS records approved by reputed TPI's. Our QC personnel are ASNT NDT Level - II in RT, PT, UT & MT. We have IBR Qualified Welders.
