Overview

The machine is used for uncoiling, leveling, auto-cut-to-length and material Stacking of cold-rolled sheet, galvanized sheet coil material. The automatic degree and efficiency are high and the worker labor intensity is low. Electric controls the linkage, and it uses Ac frequency conversion and servo control. The processing accuracy is high. The whole production line realizes the automatic control integrate of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic.

3. Equipment components and brief descriptions

a. Coil loading car

Hydraulic lift, load-bearing capacity ≤15t, mechanical travel

b.Uncoiler

Dynamic decoil or coil the coils, motor cycloidal pinwheel reducer chain transmission. Adopts the brakes to link the power and decoil (coil).

Hydraulic-cantilever collapsible tension type (with auxiliary support)

c. Strip head, material-leading and leveling machine

The leveling machine is the standard quadruple type leveler. This machine consists of roller part, moving beams, press down device, main transmission part, electric control system, centralization lubrication system, and basic parts, with the high carrying capacity, high strength and high precision characteristics.

Rollers part:this is the main working part, with working rollers and support rollers. These two parts are the keys of this machine, with high rigidity and hardness as well as good working accuracy. The support roller part adopts the inclinable iron bolt tensioning structure, to adjust the gap between working rollers and the support rollers, improving the leveling accuracy.

Roller material:It is made from domestic mainstream advanced flatten roller material 42CrMo, and the manufacturing process can ensure the stability of the equipment precision and the feather of long life.

Heat treatment hardness:thermal refining HB220~286, quenching hardness: work roll heat treatment surface hardness HRC50-55, quenching depth 2-3mm/unilateral, surface roughness can reach over Ra0.8, and the surface is hard chrome plating.

Supporting roller material:it is made from domestic mainstream advanced supporting roller material 40Cr. The manufacture process can ensure the stability of the equipment precision and the feather of long life.

Supporting roller adopts the interlaced installation model with work roller. And it can bear the force of vertical and horizontal directions, accordingly, the strength and rigidity of the work roller can be improved. Supporting roller part is equipped with inclined iron institutions so that the contact gap between work roller and supporting roller can be adjusted. Adjustment is -1~3mm. Bearing adopts spherical roller bearing of high bear capacity which can fine-turning certain angle, and it can ensure effective contact of the supporting roller and work roller and can improve the leveling precision.

Screw down institution:it is armed on the top of the frame and activities beam, and it is made up of four sets of worm gearbox, so that it can realize the synchro lifting and single lifting of activities beam and upper work roll.

Main transmission system:it consists of AC motor (frequency conversion control), reducer, distributor box. 15 work rollers are driven by universal-joint spindle. All the work rollers are drive rolls. When meets the largest load work, the whole transmission system has the reliable performance, stable operation and synchronous movement.

The machine lubrication system:adopts lubrication pump oil supply. Oil pump can adjust the cycle times and flow. It will separately send oil to all competent roads and each oil distributors to lubricating points. Pipeline layout is reasonable.
