Products Structure and Working Procedure:
(1). CO2 tank, syrup tank, liquid level device, static mixing device, tank, electrical controlling system, air providing tank, and necessary producing pipe and cleaning pipe including ball valve, magnetism valve, check valve are composed this machine. (See photo 1: main structure)
(2). Main working Procedure
a. Cooling water→multi-grade pump→oxygenating CO2→volume control
b. Cooling syrup→multi-grade pump→syrup tank→volume control
(a and b → multi-grade pump→static mixing device→
c. CO2 air resource→filter and pressure reducing→ tank→filling machine
Features:
1. Fine material: The parts which contact the liquid are all made of fine low carbon stainless steel in accordance with the requirement of food sanitation, inside and outside are all polished
2. Automation with alarm: The pressure in tanks and the liquid levels are all controlled automatically with PLC. Once a error occurs, the alarm lamp will light and the alarm will ring, then the mixer will stop automatically.
3. Easy operation and regulation: The operation of the mixer is especially convenient. Only turning around the buttons according to the pre-set program, then the normal operation can be achieved. The production capacity, water-syrup proportion and CO2 content can be adjusted without changing any parts.
4. Even mixing and accurate proportion: The mixture is even because of one time mixing process is adopted, the proportion of water and syrup is strictly controlled with measuring needle valve with fine regulation, the precision can reach around 0.5%.
5. Enough gas content: The mixer adopts vacuum desoxidation technology at normal temperature; The desoxidation ratio reaches above 90%. It also has a plate heat exchanger to cool the syrup-water mixture and achieves twice carbonation, in that way the CO2 content is especially high.
6. High cleaning: The mixer fixes CIP process with reasonable structure, so it is easy to clean and disinfect the mixer without disassembling any parts which meets with requirement of food hygiene law. The reproductive rate of bacteria per ml is lower than 5%, and there are no bacillus coli in beverage.
