Pocket Filter Material
Pocket filter material,unaffected by high humid conditions and ideally suitable for Pocket Filter, Rigid Pocket Filter and other pleated/non-pleated filter applications. It composes of 3 differentiated layers from upstream side to downstream side with an advanced progressive density gradient structure.
Structure:
1) Outer Scrim/PP non-woven
A colour-coded scrim is the external final layer of the composite media. This high strength spun bond non-woven material provides strength integrity to the compositepocket filter material. It's colour also provides a visual differentiation for different filtration efficiencies.
2) Meltblown Layer
A non-woven microfilter meltblown media layer is designed to filter the remaining sub-micron particulates after the needle punched media layer. This high efficiency mechanical filter media complements the needle punched media layer to effectively enhance a better overall filtration performance for thepocket filter material.
3) Needle Punched Media Layer
A needle punched media is designed to filter the mass of larger size airborne particulates in the airflow at a low initial resistance and with its depth filtration , it effectively enhances to increase a higher dust holding capacity.
Features:
1.Pocket filter materialis composed of progressively structured media made from polyester fine thermo bonded fibers.
2.The pocket separators in each bag are ultrasonically welded, which ensures uniform airflow throughout the bag, reduces the resistance and maximize the dust capacity
3.Ultrasonically welded on the two wedges with no stitch holes to provide a quality leak-free seal integrity and to withstand high bursting forces.
4. Pocket separation optimizes performance and prevent the loss of effective filter area
5. Long working life with increased Dust Holding Capacity for thepocket filter material.
