Leather machine for surface treatment

Usage: This leather machine mainly used for all kinds of artificial leather, PVC, PU skin changed color, printing, polishing, fog-handling surface treatment process.

Characteristics: The leather machine use the advance computer control system with human-machine interface(this techologe is own R&D, and has applied for national patents). The operator can put the outside diameter data of the machine and other data of machine into the computer directrly, than the computer give the right direction to processing accord calculate data of machine, the three printer has the same speed to work at the same tension, so make the operate more easy, speedy and precision. The storing process uses the oil pressure, use the oven to dry the products and transport solvent from conveyor, the three process make the material keep tension even. Adopt air circulation technologn to drying at the same time, so the processing is high-speed, save electricity and heat evenly.
