Usage:

A leather surface treatment machine, mainly used in embossing all kinds of patterns and hot stamping, heat transfer all kinds patterns from gold color and silver color on the surface of artificial leather, patent leather, PVC, PU. Also could deal with all kinds of fresh color patterns on the leather products in order to amplify third dimension.

Characteristics:

1 Use VVVF with linkage synchronous controller and vernier device, make tension stability in every paragraphs of the materials.

2.The Embossing roller adopts oil pressure installation in order to improve the stability of leather grain.

3 The cover-baking heating system, which adopted imported infrared to control temperature full automatically, adjust temperature by SCR, make sure the grain of leather evenly.

4.Torque motor and center rolling, save time and power, safety and efficient.
