Product introduction

The equipment is composed of matrilyson tank, hot water tank, cam rotor pump, vacuum pump, hot water sanitary pump, hydraulic system, automatic material feeding System, and electrical control system.

Charateristic

The equipment is easy to operate, stable performance, great homogenize, high production efficiency and high automatic control.

Advantage

The equipment adopts coaxial mixer, hydraulic lift, speed of homogeneous mixer is 0-1700rpm(variable speed control), the speed of wall scraping mixer is 10-45rpm(variable speed control). The homogeneous head adopts high shear vortex mixer. Cam rotor pump is used for outside circulation during mixing, so as to ensure complete emulsification. Vacuum material sucking. The whole process is going under vacuum condition. The finished material can be transferred to packing vessel via

liquid controller. CIP cleaning system is equipped. The material contacting parts adopt SUS316L. The internal surface is polished up to 300EMSH(sanitary grade).

The electric control adopts Germany Simens branded product, button adopts Japan Fuji branded product, frequency conveter adopts Panasonic branded product, coming up with GMP standard.
