Structure

The machine consists of fuselage, pattern drawing mechanism, shock and compact mechanism, the pressure head tumbler, the parts of air line.

The fuselage is we the pressure head tumbler ldedby steel plate, the top part cradling the . when the machine compact, the tumbler hook up the fuselage so that the fuselage bear the compact stress, the fuselage connect jolting mechanism by bolts.

a)The pattern drawing mechanism adopt the single-chamber stripping mechanism. It consists of draw arm, pin lift, Pin seat and so on. When the rapping rod stripping, the draw arm will drive the synchronizing bar which connected together, so the four pins will jack up the sand box to drawing at the same time.

b) shock and compact mechanism adopts pneumatic shockless jolt mechanism, it can thud and jolt-squeeze according to arts demand. The thud stress and compact stress are increased!

c) the pressure head tumbler, the pressure head is fixed in rocker arm which can move freely. The pressure head has the elevator screw, so the customer can adjust the distance between pressure head and sand box according to the height of sand box.

d)air line system

The water-separating gas filter can remove the water and impurity of compressed air, after cross the skillair and inject lubricant, then supply pneumatic element and mechanism. The two disc valves control the machine to act.
