The machine is suitable for labeling the adhesive single side label on the flat bottle, round bottle, square bottles. Such as shampoo flat bottles, lubricating oil flat bottle, hand sanitizer round bottles, etc. It is widely used in food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics industry, chemical industry, electronic industry, metal industry, plastic and other industries.

It adopts rigidity guide chain so as to ensure the bottle to neutral, it has low requirements at the bottles sending part, greatly decrease the difficulty of workers’ work and the connection with the production line.

Can operate independently or connect with the production line. On the tope of the bottles sending conveyor, adopts the flexible coping mechanism, to ensure products delivery smoothly, and effectively eliminate the high error among bottles.

Equipped with auto bottle splitting device, it will separate the bottles automatically when sending the bottles, ensure the stability the conveying and the labeling of the follow-up bottles. With intelligent control system and automatic photoelectric tracking function, if there is no product, the machine will not labeling on it, it can correct the labels and detect the signal of the label automatically, so as to prevent missing labels and the waste of the labels.

The operating principle: when the sensors detected the products, it will return the signal to the labeling control system, the signal will be dealing with the PLC, then the labeling system will send the labels at the right moment and attached to the product at the fixed position, then it will go through the labels covering device to smooth and fix the surface of the labels.

Operating Process: Putting products (can be bridging with the production line)→Delivering products (automatically) → Adjust the products (automatically) →Detected the products (automatically) → Labeling (automatically) → Covering label (automatically) → Collecting products.

All the products before delivery should be tested by assemble&debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned, then wrapped by stretch film to protect it from moist. The precision part need to flexible package. In addition, without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory.

All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported products use plywood case to pack. The foot margin of equipment fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading&uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.
