JHM ball mill

JHM Ball mill developed by us is an up-to-date and patented grinder equipped with build-in classifying wheel, integrating the size reduction and classification.

Working Principle

The material to be ground fed into the grinding chamber of cylinder, is powdered by the grinding medium of tumble cylinder, the finished particle is immediately separated out for collection and the oversized is repulverized.

Feature

1.Integrating the size reduction and classification, the qualified product is gotten immediately, avoiding the over crushing.

2.Simple production technology process and compact structure, compared with traditional ball mill.

3.Unlike the common ball mill, application of directional blowback reduce the temperature in grinding chamber, suitable for heat sensitive materials, applied range is widened.

4.Negative system is free of dust.

Application

Battery material, metal dust, abrasives, building materials, non-metal ores, final products with requirement of super purity and particle size in narrow distribution can be ground with alumina ball, and heat sensitive materials are available.
