1.Brief introduction of the pellet machine

3.Process

1). Grind the dry material (if needed)

2). Dry the raw material

3). Convey the material into Pellet machine ,making pellets

4). Package the fuel with bags.

4. Requirements for making the pellet

a. size of raw materials: powder or no longer than 1cm

b. moisture content of raw materials: 18-23%

c. raw materials can be the mixture of 2 or more than 2 kinds different materials, they must be evenly mixed.

d. no adhensive or chemicals need in the processing
