1.The internal-combustion double-ended bolt wrench (Type NJB11600)adopts the oil-immersed jaw friction clutch,which can greatly improve the lubrication conditions of upper clutch and lower clutch and reduce the tooth surface wear to the minimum. The product has the characteristics of stable torque, accurate torque control and long service life of friction clutch, and overcomes many technical difficulties and faults in the practical application of oil-immersed jaw friction clutch.

2.Because the gearbox casing is made of aluminum alloy,it not only reduces the weight of the whole product,but also completes the lubrication mode of totally enclosed internal-injection. And the lubrication mode of totally enclosed internal-injection not only can control the noise to the minimum, but also may be operated under atrocious weather conditions,such as blown sand.

3.The adjustment range of torque is big:the adjustment range of forward direction screwing is 60200N,m,the adjustment range of backward direction loosing is 600N.m, and the torque adjustment line is available.

4.Because the product is designed according to the requirement of ergonomics, it is more suitable for operation and can avoid excessively bending down when operating.

5.The sleeve of the product not only has the advantage of automatic de-capping, but also automatically deletes the error of sleeper bolt inclination, the error of central distance and the error of line super-elevation inclination when curve operation, and can be accurately istalled with bolts and nuts.

6.In the case of abnormal working condition,that is to say,in the case that the sleeve is blocked by bolt and nut, the sleeve and the main unit can be separated rapidly and easily it can avoid the hidden danger caused by the sleeve block, when track maintenance ane repair.

7.The product has the special adjustment device of walking wheel,which can adjust conveniently the distance between the sleeve and the bolt. The product is suitable for the maintenance of sleeper bolt of straight and curved tracks which ard paved by all kinds of rails.
