Working principle of rotary drier:

The raw material enter into therotary drierby conveyor, inside the dryer have lifting plate, it will raise the raw material.

The furnace settle at the start of therotary drier, the function to provide the heat for the dryer. The end of therotary drierhave fan, it will absorb the heat enter into the dryer, because inside the dryer have negtive pressure, so that the heat must walk into therotary drier.

The heat and raw material will totally contact insdie therotary drier, and finally make the moisture out.

For therotary drierhave its gradient. the feeder port is higher than discharge port, so that the raw material is easy to come out.
