The drawing of the welding wire includes rough wire drawing and fine wire drawing.

1. Rough wire drawing process is to draw the 5.1mm welding wire material processed into φ2.8mm wire. The 500-series wire drawing machine is used;

(7)Max drawing speed:≤5m/s(in the condition of using the seller-providing raw material and lubricant and with good cooling situation)

(8) Water consumption and pressure:3m³/h Water pressure ≥0.3Mpa;

(9)Air consumption and pressure:0.6m³/h Air pressure ≥0.4Mpa;

(10)Motor

a. Host machine:15kwAC variable frequency motor (the first block is 15kw, others each block is 11kw)

b. Allocating 1 set roller die (GM-200) on 1^stcapstan’s working platform

c.Rotating die box on the 2nd capstan’s working platform

d. Surface of capstan is sprayed wear resisting tungsten carbide and stainless steel rust prevention.

e. Wire coiler:15kwAC variable frequency motor

Noise of one machine:≤81db

2.Fine wire drawing is to draw the φ2.8mmwire to 1.2mm and 1.6mm,The 450-series wire drawing machine is used.

12-head wire drawing machine (XZ-YL-12/450)

(2) Diameter of inlet wire:Φ2.05mm~Φ2.8mm

(3) Finished wire spec.Φ1.2mm~Φ1.6mm

(4) Max inlet wire intensity:≤700Mpa;

(5) Max. diameter of inlet wire:φ2.8mm;

(6) Min. diameter of outgoing wire:φ1.2mm;

(7) Max drawing speed :≤18m/s;(in the condition of using the seller-providing raw material and lubricant and with good cooling situation)

(8) Water consumption and pressure:3m³/h Water pressure ≥0.3Mpa;

(9) Air consumption and pressure:0.6m³/h Air pressure ≥0.4Mpa;

(10) Motor:

a. Host machine: variable frequency motor;(the first block is 15kw;the others each block is 11kw )

b. Allocating 10 sets roller dies (GM-200) on drawing machine from the 1st capstan to the10th capstan respectively

c. Fixed die on the 11th capstan’s working platform

d. Rotating die on the 12th capstan’s working platform

e. Wire coiler:15kwAC variable frequency motor;
