Technical requirements

1The equipment is manufactured, tested and accepted as per the requirements specified in Steel Weld Ordinary Pressure Vessel JB/T4735-1997.

2The welding adopts manual electric arc weld, welding rod model between carbon steel is E4315, between carbon steel and stainless steel is E309-16.

3The weld joint basic type and size are according to the requirements specified in GB/T985.1-2008, unnoted weld seam height selects smaller thickness, flange weld is as per flange standard.

4After manufacturing equipment, holding water to test leakage should be done. After test, it paints two layers of epoxy organosilicone anti-heat primer H61-83 and one layer of epoxy organosilicone anti-heat finish coat H61-32 on the tower outer surface.

5The nozzle in front view expresses relative elevation only, and its actual direction sees nozzle top view.

6The flange used in heater Standardization 58-15 adopts HG/T20592-2009 standard: flange PL50(B)-16RF.
