1.Brief Introduction

Ball mill is one of the grinding equipments .it is ideally suitable for grinding a variety of ores and other material ,which is widely used in benefication,construction and chemical industries.Ball mill is widely used in cement industry,mining industry,building material ,cjemical industry etc.Ball mills has two ways of grinding :the dry way and the wet way .It can be divided into tabular type and the flowing type ,according to different extracting ways of mine.In the mineral seperation,only few high grade ore can be smelt directly after crushing and screening.Most ores must be grinded to 0.1 --0.074mm even finer in order to be smelt.Grinding is an important prodedure in the mineral speeration.It is better to use fine mill instead of coarse mill .In fine grinding ,the general size of material is 65mm and the suitable size is less than 6 mm.

2.Application

The ball mill is key equipment for regrinding after the material that to be crushed.It is wisdely used for cement ,the sillcate product ,new type building material ,fire-proof material ,chemical fertilizer ,black and non-ferrous metal ,glass ,cermics and etc.It can grind ore or other material that can be grinded either by wet process and by dry process.

3.Structure

The Ball mill is made up of feeding part ,discharging part ,grye parts,transmission part (Reducer,small transmission gear ,motor ,and electrical controller ) and so on.Cast steel hollow shaft ,lined with removeable ,rotary gear,hobbling by casting process ,the body inlaid cyliner line wear ,has good wear resistance the machine runing smoothly ,work reliably .We can choose dry ball mill and the wet ball mill according to the material and different extracting way of mine .

4.Working Principle

Ball mill is marginal driveand central discharge.It has discharge device which consists of end cover ,bucket ,gears,reducer,motor,etc .The materials enter bucket by feeder through the hollow shaft .When the bucket is shirling ,it creates centrifugal force and frication and the steel ball and ores raise to a certain height .The material goes down by gravity with orbit of parabola .The theory of material grinded is impact force created by steel balls and movement of the balls .The materials are discharged by the end cover through the hollow shaft .In the process of grinding ,the ores are taken away by the water ,in the dry grinding ,the ores are are taken away by airflow.The whirling of ball mill is by reducer driver by motor through gears.The pinion gear is joggled with gearwhee; installed on the bucket .The gear wheel whirls at the constant speed to drive the bucket working .
