1. Application

Vibrating feeder is widely used in a quarry or mine to continuously and evenly feed lump, particle and powdered materials from hopper to belt conveyer, bucket elevator, screens and crushing machines, etc. The vibrating feeder can provide ores and rocks within 500mm for the next working procedure.

Vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor.

3.Working principle

The vibrating feeder is composed of feeding cavity, vibration generator, help spring and transmission device. The vibration source using the vibration circumstance can be the vibration generator, which could be composed of two eccentric drafts each energetic and passive and gears agrege. energetic draft can be driven by vee belt and gears near to the energetic draft will joggle the passive draft to rotate, therefore the two drafts will rotate simultaneously and reversly to create the traditional bank vibrate and factors transferred constantly to fulfill the intent of materials transferring.
