1. stone crusher introduction

stone crusher is also called rock crusher, jaw breaker, stone jaw crusher, single toggle jaw crusher and aggregate jaw crusher.
PE/PEX jaw crusher plant can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even.

2. stone crusher application

the stone crusher is suitable forprimary and secondary crushing for all and rocks with compressive strength less than 320 MPa.
In construction, road and railway building, construction and other industries are widely applied to crush high hardness, mid hardness and soft rocks and ores such as slags, construction materials, marble, etc.

3. Stone crusher working principle

The strip and strip pulley are driven by a motor, and the moving jaw moves up and down via eccentric shaft.
The angle between fixed jaw and moving jaw becomes smaller when the moving jaw runs down, then the materials are crushed into pieces. It will become bigger when the moving jaw runs up.
The moving jaw board leaves the fixed jaw board under the action of pole and spring, and then the end products come out from the crushing cavity. And also, Jaw crusher is always used as the Primary crusher.
